Feyyaz Ünal, Chairman of TURKONFED Youth, Education and Entrepreneurship Commission, talks about how young people and experienced businesspeople create value by learning from each other within the organization and their projects that prepare young people for the business world. He says that there are two ways that young people can choose to participate in civil society while they are still studying or when they have just entered the business life:
"They can take the first step directly by becoming a member of GİADs, i.e. associations of young business people and industrialists, or associations of women entrepreneurs in their region.
If they do not feel fully ready yet and want to experience NGO processes in the business world beforehand, they can contact us through the TÜRKONFED website or through TÜRKONFED-affiliated member associations, and then make their decisions by joining the Youth Platform."
